九、书面通知
通知是上级对下级、组织对成员布置工作、传达情况或告诉公众某件事情等情况时使用的一种应用文体。时间、地点、参与者、内容及注意事项都是通知的要点，应直截了当地给予说明。一般标题为Notice或Announcement。通常要有发通知的时间及落款；一般告诉读者事件要发生的地方，因此常用一般将来时，穿插使用一般现在时。写作结构如下：
1．In order to...，...will be held in our school
为了……，我们学校将举行……
2．The...，which is aimed at...，is scheduled on...
这场……，旨在……，定于……(时间、地点)举行。
3．In order to improve.../With the purpose of raising.../Aimed at strengthening...，...will be held in our school...
为了提高……，我们学校将举办……
4．There will be various...，including...
将会有各种……，包括……
5．What’s more，you need to be informed of the following requirements.
此外，还需要向你们告知以下要求。
6．Firstly，remember to do...
首先，记住做……
7．Secondly，you are expected to do...
